If you've ever wished sandpaper could magically reach into every nook, cranny, jump ring, filigree opening, and prong without flattening the details, this is the tool you've been looking for.

Dedeco's Sunburst® TC Dual Radial Discs are made with thin, flexible polymer bristles that are impregnated with abrasive all the way through, so they continue cutting as they wear. Unlike buffs or rubber wheels, they require no polishing compound, generate very little heat, and conform to the shape of your work instead of rounding over crisp edges or removing fine detail.

The Dual TC design is basically like getting two radial discs that already agree to work together. Instead of stacking individual discs on your mandrel, each Dual TC disc combines two offset layers into one unit. The result is more bristles contacting your work at once, a longer-lasting disc, and faster, more even finishing, all with less fiddling around at the bench. Whether you're cleaning up castings, refining solder joints, smoothing tool marks, or preparing a piece for final polishing, the Dual TC design helps you get there faster while spending less time swapping and stacking discs.

Choose Your Grit
* Yellow – 80 Grit (Coarse): Removes heavy scratches, tool marks, oxidation, and casting scale.
* White – 120 Grit (Medium): Refines surfaces after coarse sanding and prepares them for finer grits.
* Red – 220 Grit (Standard): An excellent all-around grit for general cleanup and smoothing.
* Blue – 400 Grit (Fine): Begins the pre-polishing process while leaving a smooth, consistent finish.
* Pink – 600 Grit (Fine Pumice): Produces a finer finish and is safe for use around most gemstones.
* Peach – 6 Micron (Extra Fine): Refines the surface before final polishing.
* Light Green – 1 Micron (Ultra Fine): Delivers an exceptionally smooth finish and often minimizes the amount of buffing required.

FDJ Tip: Radial discs work best as a system. Start with the coarsest grit needed to remove the imperfections, then work your way through progressively finer grits. Resist the temptation to push harder.  The bristles do their best work with a light touch, letting the abrasive do the cutting instead of brute force.
