Solid sterling silver wire (also called 925 silver wire). 
This dead-soft, sterling silver round wire is a staple of jewelry making.  Dead soft wire is easy to bend and shape and hammer; it is an ideal starting point for forming, shaping and wire-wrapping. Remember that the temper of the wire is changeable (by annealing or heat-hardening).
