Solid sterling silver wire (also called 925 silver wire). Half hard sterling silver round wire is ideal for creating components, wire wrapping and other forming techniques. Metal that is 1/2-hard is partially work-hardened and will hold its shape under some stress. Remember that the temper of the wire is changeable (by annealing or heat-hardening).
