Foredom #15 and #15D Hammer Handpieces The hammer handpiece is used by professional jewelers for stone setting and decorative work. Acting as a "tiny jackhammer", the #15 Hammer has 1/32″ stroke and its impact can be adjusted from light to heavy by turning the silver knurled adjusting ring.
It comes with an anvil point (other points are also available). The recommended speed for most applications is 0 - 5,000 rpm although it can be used intermittently at higher speeds. The #15 is 1/2" diameter. The #15D works with most Foredom motors. Has a 90 day manufacturer's warranty.
The #15 hammer handpiece can be purchased with or without a duplex spring for increased flexibility.
