Ikohe Precision Tungsten Scriber
Measure twice. Mark once. And preferably make the mark where you actually wanted it.
The Ikohe Precision Tungsten Scriber gives you a fine, crisp line for layout work without the width and ambiguity of a pencil or marker. Its 0.3mm tungsten carbide point is coated with titanium nitride for durability and is hard enough to mark everything from gold, silver, brass, and copper to steel and platinum. It's equally handy for scratching precise layout lines on metal, transferring measurements, marking drilling locations, or working with softer materials like wax and wood.
Unlike an ordinary steel scribe that eventually becomes more "rounded suggestion" than precision instrument, the extremely hard tungsten carbide point is designed to maintain its sharpness through years of bench use. It's a simple little tool, but when you're trying to mark a line within a fraction of a millimeter, simple and sharp are exactly what you want.
