This is a great alternative to headband magnifier.
You wear the frames like a pair of glasses, so they are lighter in weight that a typical headband. There is also no visor that holds the lens. This gives the wearer more peripheral vision. You can even flip the lens up to see normally without taking off the frames.
The magnifier comes with 5 interchangeable lenses that range from 1.25X to 3.5X. They snap easily in place for use. There is an LED light too, powered by 3 "AAA" batteries (not included).
Included is a strap for holding the magnifier in place.
