MATT WAX RING TUBES
MATT wax ring tubes are great for making patterns for rings, bezels, medallions, and other round or cylindrical items. These tubes feature a smooth, 6" long surface with a consistent, precise 5/8" drilled hole (except solid bars).

Tube dimensions are 1" x 1-1/8"W x 6"MATT wax tubes are available in three textures.

CARVING WAX PROPERTIES

• GREEN - Hard with very little flexibility. It is ideal for filing and delicate engraving. It softens at 230ºF / 110ºC.
• PURPLE - Medium hardness with medium flexibility. It is an all purpose wax that is ideal for patterns with extensive piercing and small openings. It softens at 225ºF / 107ºC.
• BLUE - A softer and highly flexible wax that take a 90 degree without breaking. It is ideal for extensive piercing and thin walls. Softens at 220ºF / 104ºC.
