UNSTITCHED FINEX MUSLIN BUFF WITH PLASTIC CENTER
These buffs are made of a loose, unstitched fine grade muslin with solid plastic centers. The new centers make for a lighter weight buff. Use with rouge as a finishing buff to produce a high luster. Lead centered buffs have been determined to be hazardous to the environment.
