COTTON FLANNEL BUFFS These buffs are made of fine quality, soft cotton flannel. They produce a bright polish when used with rouge. They have a hardened shellac center and multiple row of stitching to durability. The buffs have a hole for mounting onto the tapered spindle or your polishing machine.
Cotton flannel buffs are perfect for use with medium to fine grit compounds such as green rouge, yellow rouge, red rouge, Zam, and Fabulustre.
