10-740 = Snap On 3/32" Mandrel for Sanding Discs (Pkg of 3)

For use with snap-on sanding discs.  Snap-on sanding discs have a square brass center that is held in place by tension from the mandrel's head.  The shank of the mandrel is 3/32" (2.38mm).
